Graco Children's Products is recalling about 1.5 million strollers sold at Target and Wal-Mart and other major retailers following seven reports of fingertip injury or amputation in children. The stroller's canopy hinge can pinch fingers as the canopy was being opened or closed. Parents are advised to stop using the strollers and to contact Graco for a free repair kit.
