We are so excited about the growth at Southpoint. Helen will be working with Dr. Ridge, and we feel lucky to have her as part of the Southpoint team. She trained under Dr. Ridge and will be working with him to supplement and expand the mental health services that he offers. She sees patients with ADHD, depression, anxiety and other co-morbid mental health issues.
Helen Aoki was born and raised in Pocatello, Idaho. She moved to Utah after high school to attend nursing school at the University of Utah. She received her Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing and her Master’s of Science in Nursing- Pediatric Nurse Practitioner from the University of Utah. Prior to joining Southpoint Pediatrics, she worked at Primary Children’s Medical Center on the Neuroscience Trauma Unit for 12 years. She is married and has two children, a daughter and a son. In her free time she enjoys golfing, boating, running and cooking.
