You may recognize Alison as a long-standing super friendly front desk receptionist! But what you probably don't know, is that in January, Alison started working with our Medical Home as our Mental Health Liaison.
...but what is that?
As Mental Health Liaison, Alison pops into rooms to help your family and child find local mental health resources. She refills your mental health & ADHD medications. She schedules your mental health appointments with your primary care doc. She books your first consult appointment with Dr. Nate Ridge or Helen Aoki (our mental health practitioners). She calls to make sure you're getting what you need and is always there to lend you a hand (or an ear!) and does her very best to make sure that our patients are getting the best care possible!Labels: health information week, mental health
